SUDECASA (Suministros de Cartagena S.L.) was constituted as a Public Limited Company in 1976, in Cartagena, with the social objective to commercialise (both wholesale and retail) and supply all types of goods and equipment to Industry, the Navy and the Armed Forces. The company statutes also include complementary financial and commercial operations, as well as those that are of legal commerce which have been agreed on by the general board of shareholders.
Years later, in 1992, the company became a Limited Liability Company, maintaining the same social capital (one million pesetas) and, at present, the statutes are adapted to the current legislation. Eventually, on 19 October 2000, after the Euro had come into effect, the social capital ascended to 10,818•00 Euros, reaching a total of 302,904•00 Euros in November 2005. At present the company disposes of a stockholders equity of 2•9 million Euros. Today, the company offers its customers the commercialisation and distribution of industrial hardware products, electronic and electrical components, naval effects and lubricants for the defence and civil sectors. It is a fact that since the Partnership was constituted, it has been collaborating with the Armed Forces and the State Police Force in everything regarding the supplies of material and replacements. The current registered address of the Partnership is located in Calle Helsinki, R102-A1 in the Industrial Park “Cabezo Beaza”, in which the administration offices, industrial sales and the central warehouse are located. There is also a hardware and DIY store open to the general public at number 26 Cartagena. In regards to the staff employed by the company, at present there are 25 people working in the company.
The Partnership is registered to pay the State Trade Income Tax (I.A.E.) for the following activities:
615.3 Wholesale commerce of electrical appliances and hardware.
615.4 Wholesale commerce of radio-electric and electronic material and appliances.
615.5 Wholesale commerce of petroleum and lubricants.
Inter-industrial wholesale commerce of other products, machinery and material (with the exception of mining and chemistry).
Sudecasa
Sudecasa is a member of the Cooperative Society of Hardware, Industrial and Household cleaning products.
